Growing and Maturing

Like most of my colleagues, I joined Huawei right after graduating from college. I have worked for the company for eight years, and have attended the MWC eight times. During each MWC, I generally only sleep for three hours a night, but have to walk over 30,000 steps each day. I arrive at the exhibition hall at 7am and return to my hotel after midnight. After standing for more than ten hours a day, my feet swell and my shoes get worn out. Someone once asked me why I choose to come to the MWC every year, as the work is always very difficult. I simply smiled, not saying anything. No one could really understand the rigor of the training and examinations that I underwent to be able to participate in an event of this sort. I consider it a personal honour.
